Low density urban spaces - BD1 have the following characteristics:
a) The dominant typology is single-family housing (semi-detached or isolated) with others being admitted in situations of closure or continuity urban area, as long as they are urbanistically framed within the immediate surroundings; incompatibility in accordance with Article 11 and as long as they are urbanistically framed with the immediate surroundings (block), the equipment, commerce, services and industrial establishments provided for in Annex V of the PDM regulations.

- Land with green spaces within the EV2 framework - 6,000sqm (approximately) Area of priority environmental interest.
Note: The Cávado Variant is planned to be built within the PDM, as can be seen in the images in this advertisement, although there is not yet a scheduled date for its construction.
